Connect by FlexM is FREE to download, there are no monthly fees, low balance admin charges or hidden fees to get started towards a digital economy.
As part of the KYC (Know-Your-Customer) and security access, the app will ask for permission to your phone’s Camera, gallery and contacts.
To upgrade your account upon sign-up with Connect as a Silver member, simply tap on the menu and proceed with the eKYC submission.

To change the app language, simply tap on the menu icon (top left).

To view your transaction:
Step 1: Tap on menu icon
Step 2: Tap ‘Transactions’
Tap on Menu, tap on your name to edit your profile details (including Name, Mobile number or Email)
Please have your physical ID document ready before proceeding.
To submit your eKYC application:
Step 1: Tap on the ‘menu’
Step 2: Tap on submit KYC button
Step 3: Follow the step-by-step instructions
Step 4: Tap ‘Submit’ and we will review and approve your request within 2-3 business days
Once your KYC request has been approved, you may see it reflected in the side-menu
You may access your QR code by:
1. Tap ‘Pay’ from your Connect dashboard
or
2. Tap on ‘menu’ > tap on ‘QR code icon’
During the sign-up process, we require you to key in a 4-digit security code that will act as your quick login pin for subsequent login access to the primary device you are using for accessing Connect.
Alternatively, you may also enable advance login options that is supported by your device (including FaceID/Fingerprint/TouchID, etc).

To edit your mobile number, ensure you are able to login to the Connect by FlexM app:
Step 1: Tap on ‘Menu’ in your Connect app, tap on your name (your profile)
Step 2: Scroll down and tap on ‘Change’ next to your existing mobile number
Step 3: Enter the new mobile number (ensure your new sim card is active and able to receive SMS)
Step 4: An SMS OTP will be sent to your new number
Step 5: Enter the 6-digit pin from the SMS to complete the change of phone number
